Website & Text Program Terms

These terms apply when you use the KORATEC website, join an offer program, or redeem a digital offer.

Sign up / Sign in creates or opens an account. Signup adds a universal Koratec drink package. Its ten-minute display pass works without restaurant association or setup. Physical stock and fulfillment must be confirmed separately; restaurant-specific offers keep their own location rules. Temporary phone-number access opens coupons without proving control of the number. Someone who knows it may view or use those coupons. Private preferences and administration remain separately protected.

The separate /join interest form creates no account or offer reservation. Marketing consent is optional and separate, and no automated text is sent. Read the Account Terms and Account Privacy Notice. For verified access, preference changes or privacy requests, contact our team.

About KORATEC

KORATEC provides customer-engagement tools, including restaurant offer pages, text-message programs, private customer links, and digital coupon experiences. Participating restaurants remain responsible for their locations, food, service, pricing, availability, and fulfillment.

Using the website

Please use KORATEC only for lawful, personal use. Do not attempt to access another customer’s private link, interfere with the service, submit false information, or use the website to harm others.

Offers and redemptions

Read each offer's displayed terms. Universal KORATEC drink passes require no restaurant association; restaurant-specific offers retain their eligible locations. Welcome entitlements never expire, but each activated pass lasts ten minutes. Other promotions may have their own limits or stated expiry. A restaurant may decline a redemption that appears altered, duplicated, expired or unavailable. Offers have no cash value and cannot be transferred unless the offer says otherwise.

Customer access and welcome packages

The /signup process creates or opens a customer account. During this temporary pilot, entering a mobile number can open its coupons without a text or proof of control; anyone who knows it may view or use those coupons. Private preferences and administration require separate protected access. A saved, revocable session lasts up to 180 days and renews on return. Secure access links, when available, expire after fifteen minutes and work once. Do not use another person's number or share secure links.

Pilot interest, signup and future texts

The separate /join form records pilot interest only; its checkbox does not create an account, reserve an offer or authorize promotional texts. By contrast, /signup can create an account after acceptance of its account and welcome terms. Signup adds a universal KORATEC drink package. Its display pass can be activated without restaurant association or setup; QR attribution is separate. Confirm physical stock and fulfillment separately. Restaurant-specific promotions retain their eligible location requirements. The once-per-account package contains one premium Japanese drink without purchase, then five on separate subsequent qualifying purchase visits. Coupons never expire; each irreversible activation creates a ten-minute pass. One drink per day, using the America/New_York calendar day. Optional KORATEC promotional consent is separate, and no automated text is sent. The Membership Terms are at /signup/terms, SMS Terms at /signup/sms-terms and Privacy Notice at /signup/privacy. KORATEC is the promotional sender. Recurring member offers from participating businesses are optional; frequency varies; message and data rates may apply; reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Sending is disabled pending campaign approval. Returning sign-in does not subscribe or resubscribe existing accounts.

No guarantee

KORATEC works to keep the site and offers available, but does not promise uninterrupted service or that every offer will be available at every time. The website is provided on an as-available basis to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes

We may update these terms, offers, or website features as the service develops. Continuing to use the service after updated terms are posted means you accept the updated terms.
