Your account
KORATEC stores your mobile number to find your account. Your dashboard shows a short food nickname, coupons and redemption history. Do not use another person’s number or account.
Temporary customer access
During this pilot, entering a mobile number can open that number’s coupon account without a text message. This does not verify control of the number. Other people who know the number may be able to view or use its coupons. This temporary access does not permit private profile or messaging-preference changes. KORATEC may disable it and require a secure access link.
Saved sessions and secure links
A protected, revocable cookie keeps this browser signed in for up to 180 days and renews when you return. Signing out, clearing cookies, suspension or access revocation can require signing in again. Secure access links, when available, are separate: they expire after 15 minutes and work once. Do not forward them.
Welcome package
The universal KORATEC welcome package contains one premium Japanese drink without a purchase, followed by five drinks on five separate subsequent in-person qualifying purchase visits. One drink per day, using the America/New_York calendar day. The coupons do not expire. No restaurant association or setup is required to activate its display pass. Restaurant QR attribution and optional KORATEC communications remain separate. Brand, flavor and product may vary with stock within the premium Japanese drink category. Confirm physical drink stock and fulfillment separately; a display pass does not guarantee either at any venue or permit redeeming all six drinks immediately.
Redemption
Confirm redemption only when you are ready to show the live pass. Activation is irreversible. The pass lasts 10 minutes; refreshing or retrying cannot restart its deadline. A recorded activation and the later-visit purchase acknowledgement are pilot purchase proxies, not proof of payment or a verified order. Other restaurant-specific promotions retain their own eligible locations and terms. Coupons have no cash value.
Optional KORATEC promotional SMS
I agree to receive recurring promotional SMS alerts from KORATEC, including member offers from participating businesses, at the mobile number I provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Consent is optional and is not a condition of account access, rewards or purchase.
Current text availability
KORATEC is the sender of the optional recurring promotional SMS program for member offers from participating businesses. Selecting the unchecked optional box and submitting the signup form records consent; leaving it unchecked records a decline. Account access, rewards, the welcome drink and purchases do not require marketing consent. Promotional sending remains disabled. The temporary phone-only entry does not send SMS or verify control of a number. Where the secure text option is available, selecting Text my secure link requests a transactional signup or sign-in message and verifies control only after you open and use its private link. Access messages do not grant marketing consent. Availability is restricted during testing. Reply STOP to stop texts or HELP for help; contact Samantha@koratec.org for assistance. Returning sign-in never enrolls an existing account in marketing.
Eligibility and support
This account pilot is for adults 18 and older and initial signup accepts +1 North American mobile numbers. Contact Samantha@koratec.org for help, privacy requests, access concerns or questions about drink fulfillment. The universal pass does not identify a restaurant or claim stock at an unconfigured venue. Participating restaurants remain responsible for their own specific offers and fulfillment.
